THE LITTLE PEOPLE’S DRAMA CO. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Classes: Classes are kept to a maximum of 14 children to ensure those attending a quality experience. Please arrive promptly for sessions to avoid disruption.

Payment / Refunds / Cancellations: Fees are payable in advance, the first week of term.
We regret no refunds will be given for sickness, holiday etc, as this secures your child their ongoing place but if LPDCo. need to cancel a session, a refund for that session will be given in full.
If a session has to be cancelled at short notice, we will contact you via email or text message.
Any refunds are at the discretion of LPDCo.

If you are booking a class at Norwich Theatre Royal details you have submitted on this form will be passed to them.

Security and Child Protection: All our tutors are fully DBS checked and have received Safe Guarding training.
– Parents of pre school children must accompany their child at all times during the session. Some venues have hard wooden flooring. You are responsible at all times for the safety and wellbeing of your child.

Privacy Policy:  Little People’s Drama Co. will not disclose personal information provided to third parties but may use this information to contact you regarding our other activities. Occasionally we would like to use photographs of the children for promotional material. Read full policy details.
